Naah. paying almost 50% cost to replace panel aint worth it. I will probably buy a new tv on sale and this time will take the extended warranty.

If possible try to schedule replacement and then cancel.

Reason being they will quote the price based on cost of the spare.

when you agree for replacement they will try to purchase the spare.

In my case they do not have the spare and they refunded 40% of to purchase value as they are not able to repair.

That happens only if it is in warranty. For out of warranty, its chargeable. Bhai bahut chalu hai ye. When i scheduled for repair they first called to confirm technician visit and told that it will be charged 300 bucks irrespective of what is the resolution. When the technician came, he told that he will have to order the spare from company and for that I will get a link to pay 45K online and then only it will come.

Good TV but Sony Quality has gone to sh*t over last few years. Do buy extended warranty if possible. Mine developed display issues within 2 years and Sony quoted 45K to replace the panel. :ranting:

Warranty is 1+2 sony warranty and then croma zip care cashless warranty for next 2 years so next 5 years are set

Then thats great. Sony TVs are fast and snappy, upscale the content well and their processor is one of the best. Enjoy.

Open box delivery bro nothing to worry

Man, pretty sure most of these will be fakes - and good fakes that won’t be easy to identify unless you connect with PS5 and check haptics etc.

No , i have ordered few for friends, all nicr and genuine

As long as haptics work there is no lag/drift the deal is good.

If the fakes are getting as good as the real thing who cares.

I still think it is not fake and is the real deal. You can fake the aesthetics but haptics I am not so sure.
