MS might just pony up whatever money they will lose in breach of contract. They have 100% factored that into the buy too. They are not stupid.

Acquire doesn't necessarily mean they're all suddenly not in PS anymore. 

 

On the other hand this might explain why those ID Devs had to delete their 'worried about XSS memory' tweets :D

Come on bro, they didn't drop all that money to then release their future games on playstation.
