Absolutely no support from the official side and stone-walled the community too. I would suggest the Xiaomi Note 3 or MOTO G4 Plus depending on the requirements. Who are these guys SuperComNet & RetailNet ? They seem to be offering the same products WS Retail was offering & sometimes they have a listing along with WS Retail so i doubt they are sister sellers of WS Retail.
