Kojima won’t work on them obviously as he has moved on. But Bluepoint & Sony are perfect to handle this IP. Only Playstation knows the true value of this IP just like Final Fantasy. The only good thing about this might be that Sony may be actually be finally willing to make a playstation mobile or mass mobile phones again. AnK Posted July 22, 2023 Report Share Posted July 22, 2023 (edited) I think it’s too late for handheld hardware. Switch 2 might be the last of it’s kind. By next to next generation it’ll be all cloud streaming atleast when it comes to handheld gaming. Maybe that’s why Sony is focusing on a streaming device. Maybe going forth they’ll just launch these devices & stream direct from servers. Yeah in that era having a Playstation Phone would be cool.
