Xbox is buying studios for the 1st time in decades and you are talking about this as if sony has never shut down studios. Competition is good my friend , we all will benefit from it . Bungie acquisition organic now? Why? Coz they had marketing deal them? Then Xbox had tons of exclusive marketing deal with Bethesda and Activision during Original Xbox and 360 generation. So MS deal organic as well.lol. And i love what my boi Jimmy said to all ponies after acquisition- "WE GOING MULTIPLATFORM, WE INVESTING HEAVILY IN LIVE SERVICES" He literally put every pony on suicide watch.
