If a PS3 controller has motion function, is it a confirmation that it is original ?
(Or first copy can also have motion sensor ?)

Can anyone confirm if original or not ?

Motion activate as well.

If the consoles end up being delayed, I wonder if either Sony/Microsoft will make some hardware changes.

This might bethe time to push streaming.

Doubt it. Generally it will not be a problem even if console is close to release (Like when Sony did with PS4 Launch). But with the virus, entire manufacturing is getting affected. It's not like just adding parts (like when we assemble a PC). They will have to ensure that enough parts are available and all are of same quality, they will have to perform stress tests etc. Then they will have to inform game developers about the changes, who will then have to test whether their software works in the new model (Video game development for PS5/Series X has already started, and some games have most likely already finished development). Then they have to go out and market the thing - all the while many are unable to go out, manufacturing has stopped, they are wondering if there will be enough Blu Rays, RAM Chips etc. (Since all manufacturing is done in China). How likely do you think this is going to be?

By hardware changes I didn't mean the processing parts, obviously architectural optimization takes more time than manufacturing does.

What I meant was that maybe they end up putting lower capacity ssds around 500gb instead of 1tb, which will increase their yields.
