Exactly. Basically the same expressions he had in Dhoom or PK.

It looks like PK 2 from whatever I've seen in the trailer. He should have watched Tropic Thunder at least before making it. Also, movie is bombing in theaters along with that monthly Akshay Kumar sanskari movie.

People are pissed cos they expect a lot from Aamir.  Akshay is the flop King of Bollywood and no one cares as they are habitual of his mediocrity and non existent acting.  It's time Bollywood cut Actor fees and spend more on good writers and new directors. Even the songs are absolute garbage since long with likes of Neha kakkar.

This. Also he is using the emblem of para commandos on his uniform. Only the best of the best with twitch reflxes, intelligence, hard as nails get selected in that. Mr perfectionist my a*s.

Lmao Para commandos are the most elite of elites with insane training regime. They're like the navy seals of India. How did LSC get selected let alone finish training and graduate? What chu***pa

Akshay is best for Comedy Harami roles:lol:

other than that his acting is meh

True. I don't why these actors think of comedy as low status thing and is below them. He is arguably the best comedy actor in the world along with Paresh Rawal. Even if he is serious in a comedy movie like Awara Pagal Deewana, it suits him. MIss his comedy.

Also HOT TAKE, Saif is best among Khans :fear1:

He earns upwards of 100cr per movie + profit sharing. I don't think anyone thinks of him as "low status" for doing comedy. Lol.

He was one of the highest tax payers of India recently. Just goes on to show how much he earns !

I meant actors themselves it is below their status. In a recent interview Akshay said if XX movie doesn't work then he'll go back to comedy. Not sure what his intention was at the moment but it definitely sounds more like his backup plan.

The amount of projects he takes on is insane. In 2006, he had 7 movies releasing in a single year. His resume outranks Shahrukh Khan. There is no doubt that he has a high demand and a good amount of fan following. The problem these days is the scripts are totally dogsh*t for him to retain his glory "Khiladi" days and the audience demographic has shifted from that trend. I miss his movies 2000-era comedy roles like others said. I re-watched Aankhen recently and it still holds up so well to this day. I fired up Bhool Bhulaiyaa and it's still amazing. Really miss those days now. :(
