No way to fix it. It varies game to game as well.

GTA 5 was pinned to 200-250Mbps for about 80% of the time but dips to 50-80Mbps for the rest. While FH4 remained stuck at 80-100.

Just put it in rest mode before you sleep and check it the next day. 

Idk if this is some hardware thing (probably not because One X worked fine) or CDN thing but Ps5 completely stomps over XSX in this area.

Guys, help! Ants have invaded my Xbox. Any tips? I have used that ant pencil all around it and waiting for them to come out.

Have you tried using a hair dryer (on the cool setting)?. Can't think of a better way, sorry. :/

tried running RDR2 for 30 minutes. It got hot but ants didn’t come out immediately. So I turned it off and left it for a few hours. Now, several have come out and died on the pencil marks. Hopefully all will be well by evening

No food items went near the Xbox. I go near it only to pull off its cover before playing and put it on after playing. And occasionally, dust it off.

 

why do you think they entered the Xbox? Are they eating the coolant paste?

Ants are amazing f**king explorers (read assholes). It's possible someone accidentally dropped something in there. They will always find their way to food. I've read similar things happen to people with previous gen consoles as well.
