Vamos Posted October 21, 2021 Report Share Posted October 21, 2021 Mark Wahlberg as Nate would've been somewhat acceptable. I can't picture someone who looks like a teenager playing Nate. Also, Sully is too young. Should've been someone in their 50s or 60s. Sadly this movie is just being made for kids, unlike the games that have a mature tone. This is why I’m glad Neil Druckmann is in full creative control of TLOU HBO series. They cast the right people and the music is also being composted by the same guy. I think this was by Nathan Fillion and co like Ryan Reynolds did with that Deadpool short to pitch it to sony or someone else. No direct involvement of sony or anyone back then.
