Had been playing this quite obsessively over the past couple of weeks, and I now have this (as well as a loose R2 trigger) to show for it. The fact that the hardest trophies in the game are completely RNG based is bullshit! But I have to admit that if it weren't for those trophies, I probably wouldn't have seen half the awesome weapon traits that the game has. I rarely ever (pretty much never) go for plats, but this game's combat is so f**king good that I just couldn't stop playing Final stats:

Then that's the standard test they give everyone. You don't necessarily have to complete 100% of the assignment, that should be your goal. It's just about how you do as compared to other candidates. I think you just need to practice more and keep giving the tests. Try companies like Accenture as well. They hire on a routinely basis.

First ask yourself in what you want to be, say 5-10 years from now. If you have an aptitude for solving problems, choose technical path. Architects in software field usually get problems at a very high level where information is sparse, ambiguity is high and multiple stakeholders are involved. Your job would be to resolve ambiguities, discuss/convince stakeholders to agree to your proposal and drive solutions keeping in mind the cost/resources and timelines. To do all these, you need to have an aptitude for solving problems, discussing and getting information from people, keeping yourself up-to-date on evolving tech , and so on. Choosing something because your manager said or what your company wants or what your friend is doing, will not take you far in your career, unless it aligns with your aptitude.
